Refund policy
At Olevra, we want every purchase to feel comfortable and secure. As a growing small business, we work hard to make sure our exchange process is clear, simple, and fair so you can shop with confidence.
Exchange Eligibility
You may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be in unused condition, free of wear, and include all original packaging.
Size Exchanges
We know that getting the perfect size—especially for rings—can be challenging. If your Olevra ring doesn’t fit properly, you can request a size exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us process it smoothly, we will ask for the required details along with photos or a short video showing how the ring fits.
U.S. customers can receive a return label when needed. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Once your original item is received at our exchange facility, we will promptly ship out the replacement from our updated inventory.
A 5% exchange/restocking fee applies.
To request an exchange, please contact us at olevrafindcalm@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• The size and color you currently have
• The size you need instead, along with a short note describing how the fit felt and your finger measurement in millimeters
• A brief photo or video showing the fit
• Optional: any feedback about how you measured
Please keep in mind that we are a small team and will respond to your email as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or not working as expected, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the defect. We carefully review each claim and typically reply within 1–2 business days.
Returns & Refunds
As a small business, we generally do not offer refunds. In specific cases—such as receiving an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival—we may approve a replacement. If your item arrives damaged and remains unopened and unused, contact olevrafindcalm@gmail.com for assistance. Approved refunds usually take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
• Opened, used, or worn
• Missing original packaging
• Submitted after 30 days of delivery
• Marked as final sale
• Opened items for hygiene reasons
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If a refund has been approved but does not appear after 5 business days, please reach out to your bank or payment provider. If you still need assistance, feel free to email us.
