Shipping policy
At Olevra, we work hard to ensure your order is delivered to you safely, efficiently, and with complete transparency. Please review the information below to understand how our shipping process works and what to expect after placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed and cannot be changed or canceled, including modifications to the shipping address. All shipments are sent to the address provided during checkout, so please make sure the information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Processing takes place Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Tracking Information
Every order includes a tracking number. Your tracking code will be emailed to you as soon as your package is transferred to our shipping partner.
Please note that tracking updates may take several days depending on your carrier and location. If it has been more than 5 business days with no tracking movement, you may reach out to us at olevrafindcalm@gmail.com for assistance.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Below are our standard estimated timeframes:
United States: 10–14 business days
Canada & Europe: 10–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
Mexico, Central & South America: 15–30 business days
These estimates do not include the 3–5 day processing period and may extend during peak seasons. High-order volume can also result in slightly longer preparation times.
While we do our best to ship every order on schedule, delays caused by customs, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other external factors are beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International shipments may require duties, taxes, or other import-related fees. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order is refused due to unpaid fees and is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs or additional charges associated with the shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Olevra is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting your local carrier to file a claim. We will help where we can, but we must rely on tracking records and delivery confirmations when reviewing these cases.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping information before submitting your order. Since processing begins immediately, we cannot edit or update addresses once the order has been placed. Olevra is not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrectly entered addresses.
